Good Comms, fast delivery within 2 weeks (however I put that on hold for a month due to no housing my end being ready), slight scuff on table cloth but overall quality of products given outweigh the minor negative. Quality of cues given with table caused a surprise as they were Ash 1 piece cues and not like traditional pub cues which impressed me and I'm now using one of them as my breaking cue.
