The one thing I found that could be improved is you regular updates via e mail. It keeps updating about all the parts of the order, most of which don't concern me as virtually all parts of the order were being delivered in one go by your company. if you could just let customers know ONLY when the whole order is ready to be delivered rather that the update of all various parts it would save a huge number of e mails.
