The pool table is fabulous and so were the two guys who delivered it, they really went the extra mile and gave additional advice. My only feedback for the team is regarding the distribution person who arranges delivery. The guy that called (maybe Steve?) to arrange the origianl delivery called whilst I was on holiday and pushed me to try to deliver it which was impossible as I was overseas. It felt like an inconvienece to him, saying if if that date doesnt week it could take another four weeks. I found this approach rude and not very customercenric.
