We have not set it up yet, but as gar as customer service, updates and delivery they have been amazing! I am a very cautious with buying things online as I have been stung before! But they answered my millions of stupid women questions as did the delivery company as i know nothing about pool tables ect. (Bought for my husband)so, so far I can only give a great review.
