I rang with my initial order ut it didn't get put on the system so I had to ring customer services again for a second time as the money had been taken from my account. The second call I made customer service could not find my order, and said they would send an email round to find out who had taken the order. 2 hours later I received an email confirming that the order had been raised. From that point everything ran smoothly. The email confirmation and delivery information were excellent and the delivery went very smoothly. Very pleased overall
