The service from the advisor was great but what I'm not happy with, is that the parts you use for football table which I bought are absolite. All I wanted were a few nut caps but as you use Imperial Nuts, I couldn't find them in any normal shop and then you charged me a rediculas amount for a few.
Come on guys, you can do better than that.
