The order process was very efficient and the website very user friendly however the delivery process not so good. We had a phone call to confirm a delivery between 11 and 2 which was fine. Then the afternoon before we had a call to say it would be in the morning but we stressed that as we are a school there would be nobody here until 9am to take delivery. This advice was ignored and the delivery driver arrived very early (before 8am I believe) the next morning and the school cleaners had to arrange for the games table to be put in the Dining Hall which meant our staff had to drop everything during the school day to move it from the Dining Hall and into Reception where it was due to be delivered initially - this didn't go down too well with the staff!
