I placed my order I felt the order was completed and sent out promptly. Could do with maybe a little more information on items as I didn't know if the cue included a case however I could of taken the time to ask. Tracking your order is not as easy as other websites/marketplaces but easy enough if you keep the email. All in all the overall experience was good just a few things that would make it even better.
