Using the website was fine, but as often is the case getting orders sent to Northern Ireland proved to be not straight forward. The £15 cost for this seems a lot when the rest of the UK enjoys free P&P.
Emails sent to deal with the extra cost etc were not sufficiently specific so wasted time on a time critical order. The goods were delivered on time by the carrier but missed a deadline, which was irritating.
