We love the table and equipment. Thankyou. Table looks great ,great fun over Christmas. Thanks for making the delivery before Christmas Day. Overall service good but, things to work on: 1) we arrived at the show room 15 mins before closing on a Saturday afternoon to be greeted with “we are closing soon.” Which is the wrong answer and almost lost you a sale. 2) At the showroom on reserving the table - In response to delivery before Christmas - rather than “ we can see what we can do “ the response was in the negative and would have to check with the delivery company. Not the response when I am giving you business. 3) delivery time slot needs to be more precise rather than waiting for a call on Wednesday for two weeks. 4) delivery men on the day were great - well done. Thankyou 5) Website was great in talking about space needed around the table - when I managed to navigate to it on the site - perhaps improve.
