We worried at first as we bought a multigames table and hadn't received a delivery date. This dats comes from the courier so we were in limbo for a while where Liberty couldn't confirm a delivery date and we couldn't get hold of the courier. When we did receive contact, within the 10 days from when the courier recieved the order their communication was good although there was further delay on the delivery date and the courier leant a heavy box against a drain pipe almost damaging it. Liberty apologised for this when I complained and offered gestures of goodwill. Outside of coronavirus this experience may have been different regarding timescales and lack of contact when the item was actually delivered. Satisfied in the end so thank you.
