The pool table is great. The accessories are great. The only issue I had was the sales and distribution issues. Obviously covid struck so a 6-8 week delivery time (paid upfront) turned into 12 weeks. When this deadline passed I became frustrated. Lots of calls and emails later, it felt like they were juggling plates trying to please everyone but not deliver my order. A few minor issues further and a final email from myself quickly brought the drama to a close and I received the pool table. I understand the COVID situation did not help the purchase and delivery, I was just becoming frustrated with not getting an answer. Despite this the product is great. I would 100% buy again from your company. Hopefully not another pool table just yet though !! Looks great in my man cave Cheers !!
