Overall we have been very pleased with the service we have received at Liberty Games. We brought an arcade machine from them a number of years ago now. Unfortunately the main motherboard failed so I got back in touch to obtain spare parts. A replacement motherboard was supplied promptly with detailed instructions on how to fit it ourselves (saving on service costs). Arcade machine is back working, much to the approval of many of the employees who use it daily! My only knock to a top star rating is that when I initially made contact with liberty games and discussing the problem with the technical department, they took my details and forward it to sales to provide a call back service and complete the job. After a week of waiting I had to chase them twice before finding the right person to move my enquiry forward. Liberty did however admitting they had received my details but some how failed to contact me back, they politely apologised for this and any delays in resolving the issues. Keep up the good work guys...
