Carmen did a great job at helping me today. She provided good information regarding submitting my expenses to my primary and once the primary processes it, to submit my EOB along with my bill in my ShareBox. She went above what was required and helped me get into my ShareBox and walked me through on how to submit the bill. I appreciate Carmen so much!
