The person I spoke to was extremely helpful in getting my bills submitted. You were requiring additional information and she spoke directly to doctors to get that information. I do limited online work so using a share box is not in my realm of user friendly.

The AUA is low, and the monthly sharing amount it reasonable for payments. And for my current healthcare requirement, which are minimal. the program is OK.

Thank you, Bonnie, for taking the time to leave us a review. After you fulfill your Annual Unshared Amount (AUA) your eligible medical expenses can be shared with other members. We provide resources to our members to help them select providers who accept fair and reasonable pricing. We are always thankful to service our community!

The advocate that I spoke with today is an awesome, awesome guy! He was pleasant and a blessing to speak with. I just recently started getting some wellness visits taken care of and the providers were sending in the bills. The rep was very attentive to my bills and he immediately got right to it. This is a praise report! I received great service today.

That it functions just as a health share should function. There is SHARING of expenses, transparency, and a good base structure by not allowing certain pre-existing conditions for individuals to enroll. The member supported structure seems to work well for most situations within a generally "healthy" member group.

Thankfully we have not had to be at the doctors very much, but recently I tore my ACL skiing and have been so impressed by the customer service I have received through the pre-notification department. So fast and easy!

Taige was fantastic and I give her a 10 star review! Taige walked me through the ShareBox and helped me understand how to use it. She was very clear and precise which helped give me a better understanding of LHS. She also walked me through how to reset my ShareBox password. Thank you Taige!

Stefanie provided amazing customer service. She was very detailed and patient and went over multiple bills. She advised me of several checks that have already shared and also when they cleared. It was a long call due to the amount of bills I went over but she had no issues assisting me with my questions.

Once we got through to a rep who could hear us (phone issues?), Shaun was a rock star. In just a few minutes, he fixed the tech issue we had with contact and billing info, and stayed on the line to walk me through a few details to make sure the issue was corrected once and for all.

My wife and I have members with Liberty HealthShare for 3 years now. It takes a little bit of time to get used to the differences of a Health Sharing program versus a typical Health Insurance company. However, once you understand the program you discover how much better Liberty HealthShare performs than any Insurance company. We are saving nearly $700 a month with Liberty as opposed to the Insurance we had. We have submitted numerous claims and have yet to have any problems with our claims. Couldn't be happier with Liberty HealthShare.
