“I spoke with Josh today and he provided amazing customer service. He went over multiple medical expenses and explained how the PHCS Network works. I appreciate how much knowledge he has provided me.”

“Tracy was very patient when explaining different guidelines such as 180 day timely filing and bill status. She did educate me on some of my expenses that were not submitted and showed me how to submit the bills through my ShareBox.”

“Joshua went above and beyond today. I had a provider that was not aware that LHS is in the PHCS network. Joshua called my provider and explained HST to them and now they are going to bill LHS directly!”
