Such a breath of fresh air it is using Liberty Health Share instead of a typical insurance company. I frequently get the same customer service woman helping me. The site is easy to use to submit bills. It's easy to send in questions. And they are always kind and helpful. We've used them for 4 years now and we are very happy!
