Reasonable rates and after 2 years I have had no problems. I was tired of paying tons of money to health insurance companies only to have denials, coverage issues, higher and higher monthly premiums, etc. I have had good turnaround time on all bills that I have submitted, but I have had very few bills (annual checkups and one or 2 doctor visits). My bills are sent directly to LIberty and have been paid timely.
