Excellent customer service. Even after hours it was a pleasure to see that someone from another dept. could assist me. I get a small time feel of a company rather than feeling lost with my previous mega insurance provider. My family and I have been with Liberty for 5 + years and have had one medical emergency. Glad too see that Liberty was there for us and all expected bills were covered while the emergency was out of state. Would highly recommend.
