I have been a member of LHS since 2017. I admit Liberty experienced problems last year but I feel they are working hard to resolve that. They have great people working for them. If you have problems please call Caroline- 330-730-2683. She will help you immediately. I've even called her at night from a hospital and she advised me exactly what to do. She definitely deserves 5 stars. Healthshare is a little different than traditional insurance but so worth the cost savings.
