I bought a bottle of body oil in their diptyque boutique, the shop assistant did nit even know the product to start with, and then when I paid I asked for some samples, and was told, oh no we only give those out with the big purchases! So unnecessarily mean, and not giving a nice warm experience at all....such a shame....
