“Love the pajamas, however, the shirt facing is a very cheap iron-on fabric. Upon first washing the facing shrank and now the front panel is a wrinkled mess. The cheap facing may have saved a few pennies, but in reality it lost a customer. Pajamas made in Romania, where, apparently there was no quality control by Liberty. We anticipate better quality for something with Liberty’s price tag.”
“4 months have passed & I still don't have my full order sent to me. The fabric is in stock online & they haven't sent it. It was supposed to be sent by the end of Dec. & they ignored the order. Then ordered it again & said they would keep in touch, but never did. Now another month has passed & it is in stock, but they have used my money for months. My only solution is to report this to Visa and take action as it is evident Liberty has taken no responsibility to deliver this order.
