I ordered a bottle of perfume from Liberty a few days ago and yesterday had a text and email from DPD to say it would be delivered today March 6, and it could not be left with neighbour etc. So between my husband and me we waited in all day. Result - no parcel, no phone call or text. Wouldn’t mind id it came next week, but don’t appreciate being told to be here today to receive it for no reason.
