I bought 2 of these books for my grandchildren for Christmas, the books are lovely and they are going to love them. They were both posted together in one parcel. The packaging they use is super cute but I was gutted that there was only one as they were sent together. I emailed the company to ask if it was possible for them to send me another which they did willingly. I was very impressed with the customer service. As the didn't have to send me the packaging so now I have 2 books and 2 super cute parcels to wrap them in, my grandkids are going to love them.
