The ordering process was very easy, I was worried about the personalisation aspect... well, getting it wrong - but they really make it easy! Having the second proofing element really reassured me. This is a Christmas gift for friends twin babies and it is so beautiful I can't wait to give it to them! The book was well packaged in beautiful, fun packaging and it is bright, colourful and children will love it!
