I ordered a personalised book for my grandson, but due to the coronavirus, there was a delay with Royal Mail.
I emailed them and they replied immediately and arranged for another one to be made just in case it had been lost in the post.
Of course it then arrived and it is even better than I had imagined! The illustrations and actual book itself are beautiful!
I will definitely order from them again and I would highly recommend
