I ordered 2 books - one for each grand child- and it was all very efficient. I was then contacted by you to say that our books, along with many other, had gone astray (lost by Royal Mail). Librio reprinted the books and mailed them tracked to ensure safe arrival second time around in time for Christmas. This truly was service above and beyond the call of duty and I have no hesitation in recommending the company. Oh, and Fifi and Ruby love their books too! Thank you.
