Firstly the books are great, I got one as a present and one for my own kids. They love it! But the service levels from Librio were amazing. Royal Mail lost a bag full of the books in early December but they sent a replacement sent out with time to get them sent out for Christmas. I had emailed responses at 10pm on a Saturday and can't think of better service levels. They proactively went out to customers they thought might have been affected. Would wholeheartedly recommend.
