The website was easy to use - I could get a very good sense of the products that I was ordering, so I felt confident and excited to share these books with my kids. Secretly, I really appreciate the 'canned' personal message advice - saved me a lot of time! Also, really delighted with the packaging - it arrived safely, but more than that - it also had a wonderful element of fun and whimsy when opening the books. It is so rare to find a company thinking of those types of details. thank you!
