I was really impressed with the whole process of buying a book from Librio EN. Initially, it was that I had time to think about whether I was okay with everything I had chosen and ordered (character, text, etc - 'My Search-and-Find World Trip') - and if I wasn't, then I could change it. Then, it was the updates - I knew where the book was in its process, and I knew when it had been posted. And finally, it was the whole 'thing' - book and packaging. I opted for the gift wrapping - it's not just paper! It's card, with beautiful images on the front, and with a teddy picture that can be coloured in once opened. I have told 'everyone' about the site; mums and dads of my grandchildren who received the books are really impressed too; and I will definitely be buying more books from here.
