After scouting around for a book I could order in California for delivery in London, and making my way through quite a few creepily message/moral-heavy "products", I found you, and a book I liked a lot. Customization and ordering were a breeze, and turnaround time impressive: I know for a fact that my great-niece opened her gift on her birthday. (The only thing that could have improved the customization would have been the option to make one character—say, for example, an older half-sister:)—noticeably bigger than the other; I can only imagine the added complexity that would entail, though!)
