I purchased the Find my granddaughter amidst lots of activity at interesting places around the world. I loved, loved that we could modify skin color and, to some extent, hair styles. The little cap they used was pretty silly-looking, but the kids don't mind. I definitely love the book and the concept. She received the book for birthday along with many other gifts so I can't report yet on its use, but I imagine that it will get some. I wish they had more hair styles as they seem to for later books and I hope they produce an additional book with more places around the world. I will give one to my almost 5-year-old granddaughter for her birthday soon and I think that is a good age for it.
