Librio's user interface and service were great, and your own branding is amazing! You would think a personalized book would take weeks, but this arrived shockingly fast. The quality of the printing is great, so we felt good about paying for the hard cover version. The only thing I would request is that you expand your customization so the characters can look even more like the kids. (More hair, clothing, eye style choices - not all girls have long hair and vice-versa ;) Kids these days are used to styling their avatars with endless choices. But overall, these books are wonderful and will be kept forever!
