Wow, a very impressive company! I recently used Librio for a personalised book for twins. It’s a Sunday night, I was ordered on the phone, while doing multiple other things. An I some how managed to fat finger a spelling error into one of the names. The great thing about librio is everything possible is done make the service easy to use. Including entering the names once & it filling the book accordingly. Well in my case, this meant multiple pages would have reoccurring errors. I contributed through the payment process… An only realised my mistake once I received the confirmation email. I messaged their customer support (bare in mind this is a Sunday night, gone 21.00. An the staff were so lovely & quick to respond, within 15 minutes of making the error, they had replied to my email request & made the correction. Ensuring minimal delay & removing any stress I was having over a potentially reorder. Really an excellent level of customer service. This just happened tonight, so I will report back when the book arrives, but the stories look great & im sure our 2 will love their new book. Thanks All, you definitely found a repeat customer here.
