Absolutely fantastic--one of the best-designed user experiences I've had in a long time! From the opportunity to customize multiple aspects of the book, which is also perfectly written and designed, to updates on order status, opportunity to go back in and make last minute changes before shipping, the efficiency of the product getting made and delivered, the thoughtful packaging of the book that didn't waste any unneccessary cardboard and could be re-used for the recipient to color on, and just the all-around sweet drawings on everything that really put a smile on your face!
