I received the book really quickly, and the cardboard packaging was so clever and cute- it unfolds to the shape of a bear as though the bear's arms are hugging the book. I didn't even feel the need to wrap it to gift it! The personalisation options they offer were much more wide-ranging than other companies that I considered ordering from, and the website is very easy to use. They had lots of different stories on offer, for all kinds of different interests and familial scenarios.
