I am very happy I found Librio, the company is amazing and the customer service is great. The book I ordered had been left outside by Royal Mail, I was away when the book had been delivered and due to it being left outside and not with a neighbour it got soaked as it rained. Steffi really helped me with this issue and arranged for a replacement to be sent out but also gave me the option of a refund instead. I am very happy and appreciate the help I received from Steffi. I could not fault Librio at all.
