This was some of the best customer service I have ever received. I ordered a story book for my husband as a gift from my baby on his first Christmas. Unfortunately, the Canada Post strike delayed all mail around Christmas time. I was so touched to receive a personal email from Librio apologizing for the situation (even though it wasn’t their fault!) and offering to send another copy via purolator. When we did receive our book, it was beautiful and a wonderful keepsake.
I very much appreciated the efforts made to make sure we received our product in time!
