I was skeptical, as I made this purchase at 3am or so as I tried to decide what I could get my husband for Father’s Day this year, when we both know he and I just crave sleep and alone time. This book is beautiful. It keeps it real, but also tugs at all the heart strings. The story is super relatable and illustrations are beautiful. While my husband didn’t necessarily cry when reading it, I can tell you I did haha he must be good at hiding his emotions. Get this book. It won’t be a regretful purchase. Even at 3am :)
