Just went to the Timmins location
I was served by Mel… worst customer service ever. Will never shop there again.
She had no product knowledge,.
Was told to come back in one hour so they could print the name on the cap
But went back and they couldn’t do it.
Then she was having problems giving a refund and she had given me the wrong price for the merchandise.
