On sept 9 I placed an order
Paid 34.99 for next day delivery ( next business day)
On Sept 11 called in to verify delivery
Response: next business day referes to when the warehouse is completed and ships it
So I questioned the lady - there is nothing on your website that states this and that this is false - I order from Zara before 1pm I get it same day or it’s a refund - and lids refuses to accept
Fault - I asked for a manager she said she will have a manager call me - and this has not happened - I would like my next day delivery refund
