The specific Manager at Bramlea City Centre, Oscar was absolutely fabulous! He was knowledgeable approachable and made buying a gift easier. He even advised of personalized stitching which we had no idea about. Oscar advised us about the membership after I inquired about what it entailed and he explained the benefits.
