I had a terrible experience with Life Goals. The dress I ordered was completely different from what was shown on their website. The quality was poor, and the color and design did not match the photos. When I reached out for a refund, they only offered a partial refund or store credit and insisted that I cover the return shipping costs. This is unacceptable, especially when the product received is not as described. I strongly advise against purchasing from Life Goals. Their customer service is uncooperative, and their return policy is unfair. I will be filing complaints with the FTC and BBB.
