I ordered a Hackett rugby shirt. Good level of communication by email informed me order was accepted and when product despatched. Courier then informed me of delivery date and time to within 1 hour and offered me chance to change delivery time or collect package from a drop off point. Delivered on time and product just as expected. I am usually an XL, ordered an XL and size perfect. Great service all around.
