I have shopped with life extension many times and always received good service and communications regarding my delivery. However I am very disappointed with my experience with life extension this time. I ordered over 200 pounds of vitamins and was excited to recieve them. They never came!!!! Only had one email to state life extension was moving and my order would be late. I ordered at the beginning of April, 3 seems later no delivery!!! I had to phone and chase to get I information to be told my delivery had not been shipped!!! We can give you a refund the adviser told me. No apology just my refund and time wasted!!! Very disappointed in Life extension!!!!
