The products are excellent but ordering on the website is a nightmare. I often get kicked out 3x before being able to place my order. This has happened multiple times. In addition, many items were sold out due to moving their warehouse and I was never notified when the items were back in stock. I informed them of my issues and no one ever got back to me. I have been a customer for over 3 years.
