Easy to order - unfortunately hard with shipment through UPS, as this is the only option nowadays. Earlier I could choose between DHL and UPS - and always took DHL - as they are reliable and fast deliveries, with UPS I never gets my deliveries - as they only drive past and send a not "we have tried to deliver, but no one is at home" (N.B I work from home - so I am at home). I use to call UPS as least 3 times for each delivery to make the delivery happen. They say that the chauffeurs has such a tight schedule that they pass through some customers, as they see it is a home address and then hope not one is and mark the delivery as "customer not at home" as they want to put all deliveries at a shop far away for me to collect - but I have ordered to my home as I work from home - not to a shop far away. This makes me think twice before ordering from you as it is so hard with UPS. I do not live in a small town, I live in Göteborg, one of the biggest cities in Sweden - so this should work - but never does - with DHL it worked PERFECT (I would prefer to pay extra to get my deliveries with DHL). Now I have ordered two shipments from you - and soon the "headaches" will start - to call at least 3 times per order to UPS and ask them to deliver to my home = this usually delays the arrival with at least 10 days = not good.
