The webshop has a bug. I had 6 credit point = 6 EUR credit and I redeemed the credit.
Then I checked out my shopping cart and I entered my prepaid credit card that had no credit on it.
The purchase failed.
I placed the same order again, but the 6 credit points disappeared.
Can you add the 6 credit points again to my account. I will redeem next time I place an order.
