Hello. The products that I have used over the years are excellent. However, this is a review of your website which is the most annoying one that I have ever used. When placing items in the cart, an advert re NAD pops up and at some point seems to land in the basket. I wanted to pay as a guest. Your calendar is not user friendly on the website. On the mobile website to reach the correct date of birth, you cannot get to the year without swiping through each month right through the years till you reach 1947 - in my case. When making the payment on my laptop, i made a mistake with one of the digits but, despite a message coming up advising that I could try again or use another card, there was no way for me to make any payment, ie I theoretically I just needed to click on the relevant button, but nothing happened when I did so. I could see the order but could not get to paying it, when I took a step back, the message came up saying the cart was empty. However, when I moved forward, I could see the full order sitting there. In order for me to get my order through to you today, I had to log on to your website afresh and go through the whole process again. I have had problems previously trying to order things on your site but can't now remember what they were. It appears to me that whoever designed and created your website did not consumer test it. I have spent a good hour, if not more, trying to get an order through to you. I don't want to use Amazon all the time but this experience reminds me why I often do. Kind regards. Istafiah Is'harc
