I lost the 10% discount when there was an error in the program when paying. I had answered a survey and tried to pay directly from my bank account for my purchase. However, the purchases were removed by Life Extension and I lost the discount. I placed the order again and paid by credit card. The payment was successful, but I didn't get the discount.
